Building upon our proven leadership in design and manufacture of BOPs, this design offers the greatest closing force and features a smaller and lighter footprint.
Enhanced Shearing Certainty
The bonnet’s simplified design, with the addition of innovative shear-boosting technology, produces powerful closing force for shearing tubulars and sealing the wellbore.
The assembly achieves a 54% increase in closing force over previous bonnets and a 25% increase in closing force over the standard TL BOP bonnet.
Compact, Versatile Design
The streamlined design of the EVO 300 assembly fits inside most subsea stack templates and the need for external tubing is minimized.
Only one locking motor is required per bonnet, reducing potential failure points.
The bonnet is interchangeable, which enables ShearBooster technology to be added onto or removed from the bonnet as needed and also reduces spare parts inventory.
ShearBooster technology upgrades closing force to 1,940,000 lbf.
