The BECOPAD P depth filter sheets with extremely low endotoxin content (<0.025 EU/ml) after rinsing with 0.61 gal/ft² (25 l/m²) WFI (Water for Injection) and up to 50% reduction of rinse volume are composed of high-purity cellulose.

These depth filter sheets can be used for a wide range of applications, including clarification of ethanol solutions which have a tendency for ion-related precipitation, catalyst removal, and separation tasks in the production of biopharmaceutical products. 

Due to low charge-specific adsorption effects and mechanical separation they can preserve the desired target ingredients in the filtrate.
